Tim Coughran is the founder and owner of Alderview Construction, which builds custom homes in premier neighborhoods throughout the Denver metro area. Tim started his professional construction career in the commercial construction industry before founding Alderview. He resides in Colorado with his wife and five children. Tim holds a B.A. in Construction Management from Brigham Young University - Idaho and an M.S. in Real Estate Development from The University of Denver.
