With over 10 years of sales leadership experience, I empower sales professionals to achieve excellence and growth in the industry. I currently serve as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Davidson Homes, where I oversee the sales strategy, operations, and performance of a rapidly expanding home builder. In addition to my sales career, I have been involved in ministry for over 18 years, serving as an Associate Pastor at New Hope Church since 2021. My passion is to help people find hope and purpose in their lives, and to share the love and grace of God. I also lead the worship and youth ministries, using my energy and creativity to inspire and engage the congregation. Whether in sales or ministry, I base my leadership on empowerment, collaboration, honesty, and accountability, and I always seek to bring a positive impact to everything I do.
