Paragon Life Builders ("Paragon") is a boutique Las Vegas Homebuilding company, which specializes in small communities throughout the Las Vegas Valley in product segments ranging from first-time buyer to luxury homes. Paragon is a fully integrated homebuilding company inclusive of a general contracting company, and a real estate brokerage, and in addition to its core homebuilding operation, directly oversees entitlement and land development in-house. Prior to founding Paragon in 2015, Eric Tan served in variouse Controller and CFO roles at private and public homebuilders alike, in addition to having worked with portfolios of distressed real estate at Rialto Capital during the Great Recession.
