On3 is a technology-based learning solutions, pushing the boundaries of AI-driven education far beyond traditional online courseware platforms to embrace mobile-ready field learning. Simultaneously, I hold the position of President at B6 Holdings, a real estate investment company dedicated to acquiring, renovating, and presenting single-family and multi-family homes as short-term rental opportunities. Prior to On3, I spent over 15 years at Emser Tile, where I held pivotal roles as the Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President of Business Development. During this period, I played a crucial role in steering Emser's presence in the tile and natural stone industry, fostering strategic relationships with homebuilders, subcontractors, retailers, and online platforms. Before my association with Emser, I orchestrated the management, development, and global distribution of product portfolios for Disney Consumer Products. Additionally, I contributed to Seiko Instruments, where I spearheaded the development, design, and distribution of globally recognized watch brands such as Disney, Perry Ellis, Issey Miyake, Lorus, Bobby Jones, Original Penguin, among others.
