As Principal for KTGY's For-Sale Housing studio in Oakland, Jonathan Boriack’s primary focus is on the sustainable design and construction of new multi-family communities on urban infill sites throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. His comprehensive experience and strong technical knowledge help him lead a talented team that is able to span all project phases from inception and planning, through schematic design and entitlements, to production of construction drawings and construction phase services.
