As a principal of KTGY’s Oakland For-Sale studio, Jonathan Boriack brings a wealth of private sector experience encompassing single and multifamily residential, urban mixed-use, commercial, and retail projects completed throughout California. Since joining KTGY in 2012, Mr. Boriack’s primary focus has been to build up and support an expert team of architects and designers focused on the master-planning, design, and construction of new single and multifamily communities for public and private homebuilders throughout Northern California. His experience and technical knowledge allow him to spread his management efforts across all project phases from inception, through schematic design and entitlements, to production of construction drawings and construction observation.
