Brad has performed studies on a wide range of property types, including single-family, mixed-use developments, rental apartment buildings, and townhomes. He provides advice and targeted forecasts to the institutional investment community as well as to residential developers and builders. While at Metrostudy, Brad pointed to indicators that warned his clients to beware of a downturn more than two years before the market hit the peak and then advised land-fund clients to buy raw land aggressively in 2009-2011 when there were bargains to be had. Brad is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and has been a guest lecturer at Harvard and other institutions.
