As the Executive Director of The Crew Collaborative, Jess Armstrong was brought on to execute the administration, programs and strategic plan of the organization. Jess’ life outside of The Crew revolves around her family; husband, Josh, daughter, Camille, and cockapoo, Crosby. Josh’s previous 18-year career with Kiewit Construction relocated them to Atlanta and Chicago, but they are happy to be settled back home in Nebraska, The Good Life! Jess also holds a real estate license, but can most often be found tackling home renovations, on her Peloton, or fetching snacks for her daughter.
