Stephanie has been in the construction industry since 2004. Named Utah's Builder of the Year in 2021, Stephanie dedicates her time to influencing and educating the public about careers in trades. Stephanie works side by side with her father Steve Dailey, in Draper, Utah. They specialize in building custom homes across the Wasatch Front. Stephanie is currently President of the Utah Valley Home Builders Association, Incoming Utah State Rep for the NAHB, Contributer of The Build Show with Matt Risinger, Co-Founder of Jobsite Codes and Contractor for Steven Dailey Construction.
