Tuesday, January 31 | 10:30 - 11:00 AM
LVCC - IBS Construction Performance Zone - SU844
What It’s About
The blower door test is how a building is tested to confirm code compliance, but it can also be a useful tool for other purposes. This presentation will go through the steps required for conducting a blower door test and how to interpret the test results. Randy will also show how a blower door can be used to find building deficiencies, explain the benefits of blower door testing before and after a renovation and discuss why testing several times during a new build might be beneficial.
