Amy McCormick brings over 20 years of real estate sales experience. She joined Epcon Communities in 2009 and was consistently a top sales performer. She has launched and sold homes in 18 of our communities throughout Columbus, Ohio and Charlotte, North Carolina. In 2018, Amy was promoted to Regional Sales Manager for the Charlotte region. As the National Sales Manager for Epcon Franchising, she shares Epcon’s best practices and assists our Franchise Builders with finding sales talent, sales training and overcoming common objections, holding purposeful community events, launching new communities and helping sales teams thrive.
