I'm a third-generation Los Angeles native turned Fort Lauderdale resident, with a background in education and nearly three decades in Real Estate, bringing knowledge and experience working in our community. I quickly learned in my real estate career seniors had navigating challenges when it came to aging in their homes safely leaving them to either... Modify or Move! This was when I realized more education is needed with our aging population so I delved into becoming a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) and holder of two National Association of Realtors Certifications (SRES® | SFR®). My journey in real estate and education intersected when I co-founded eXp Realty’s Seniors Network in 2017, currently the nation's leading senior real estate network in our industry. My expertise has been showcased on various podcast platforms, where I have had the privilege of being featured in the #1 podcast of 2023 NKBA Webinar Series. I've made appearances on aging shows, written articles adding valuable insights to help seniors age in place safely with the aid of neighborhood resources. I'm the Founder of "How 2 Age Your Way" which connects communities through B2B marketing education, consumer referrals, promotes community service thru aging education. Additionally, I co-founded Step Up Housing, an organization committed to creating, preserving and operating affordable housing for seniors. I actively volunteer on the National Aging in Place Housing Committee (NAIPC), advocating in Washington D.C. for aging in place tax incentives. Additionally, I proudly serve as the founding chapter chair for SE Florida covering Miami/Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties.
