What's New

The 2026 NAHB International Builders' Show® (IBS) is our final Show in Orlando before it moves permanently to Las Vegas, and it's going to be amazing. The Builders' Show is where the residential construction industry comes to learn, connect and discover what's new and what's next.

The 2026 Builders' Show brings a lineup of firsts, fresh formats and new experiences that even longtime attendees haven't experienced before. From hands-on tech education to a reimagined show floor, here's a glimpse at what's new and why this year's show is worth a spot on your calendar.

One of the most exciting additions to IBS 2026 is the debut of the AI & Tech Studio, a brand-new education format created specifically for residential construction professionals who want practical results, not buzzwords. These sessions dive into real-world applications you can put to work immediately, covering everything from AI for business operations, design, sales and project management to essential tools like CRMs, estimating software, BIM and 3D modeling, virtual tours and more. What sets the AI & Tech Studio apart is its hands-on format, built around discovering, doing, comparing and testing, with live demos, builder-led case studies and interactive presentations that show technology in action, offering proven strategies to build a smarter tech stack, streamline operations and elevate your business.

For the first time in Orlando, we’re introducing segmentation on the show floor, a new layout strategy designed to enhance your IBS experience. Segmentation aims to group similar exhibitors together in six different categories, making it easier for attendees to find complementary products and services.

Attendees will be able to navigate the show floor more efficiently, save time and find the products and services they’re looking for at the show. It enables focused networking as attendees can more easily connect with other professionals interested in the same sectors or products.

Game Changes at IBS

While Game Changers are not new to the Builders' Show, the way the experts and influencers change your perspective, make you take a hard look at how you're doing things and provide ways for you to do things differently is new and in Orlando for the first time. We're pairing industry pros Alaina Money-Garman, Gene Myers and Mollie Elkman with experts Kelley Earnhardt Miller, Jon Taffer and Lee Thomas Miller to tailor the latest techniques, strategies and approaches to the building industry.

It offers you the best of both worlds -- the business world and the building world.
