Karen Bonadelle McCaffrey is the vice president of The McCaffrey Group, a leading third-generation homebuilder based in Fresno, Calif., specializing in community development, residential construction, realty, and mortgage brokerage.  Karen and her husband Robert started McCaffrey Homes more than 40 years ago, and it has since grown into an award-winning homebuilding business with more than 10,000 homes built. Karen is an integral part of the vision and leadership of Tesoro Viejo, an award-winning master-planned community in Madera County, Calif., a cutting-edge community honored as the 2023 National Community of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders.
