SillDry sill pan flashing is a fast and easy, patented one-piece expandable, waterproof sill pan flashing. 100% made in the USA it has revolutionary Smart Accordion Technology allowing for easy installation in virtually any rough opening. Its raised back dam, built-in slope, and shims help protect the most vulnerable areas of window and door openings.
SillDry’s patented drainage design collects and directs to the exterior water that can leak through or around the window and door openings. It is made of a durable waterproof TPO material and has a 1/2 inch (7.5°) front to back positive slope. It is one-piece, requiring no onsite assembly and can be installed in seconds. SillDry exceeds all 2015 and 2018 code requirements.
