Multi-Panels, Inc. manufactures high-performance, noncombustible structural building panels designed for fire-rated floor, wall, and roof assemblies in multi-family, modular, and commercial construction. Our product line includes NOCOM® structural cement board subfloor and roof deck systems with UL-classified assemblies, M4 Wall Sheathing with ICC Rated structural wall assemblies, M4® Underlayment as a lightweight alternative to poured gypsum toppings, and M4® FRB fire and weather-restrictive barrier panels for exterior wall assemblies.

Engineered using proprietary magnesium-oxysulfate cement and reinforced with alkali-resistant mesh, our panels are third-party tested and certified for fire resistance, noncombustibility, structural diaphragm performance, and acoustic ratings.
