Before stepping into consulting and training, Tony spent over 10 years as a new home sales consultant, working directly with buyers, builders, and teams in one of the most competitive markets in the country. That experience taught him how to move deals, manage relationships, and adapt in real time when things didn’t go to plan, which, in sales, is often. For the past several years, Tony has trained, coached, and advised business owners, salespeople, and leaders across different industries, helping them shift the way they think, lead, and sell. His work is grounded in real-world experience, not just theory. He believes that growth comes from changing how we perceive, how we show up, and how we execute.
