Todd Gamboa is the President of Homebuilding Operations for OLO Builders Inc. He has been in homebuilding for over 35 years managing public and private homebuilding companies. He has been responsible for the construction of thousands of homes and numerous new communities. Todd is a nationally known building science and homebuilding industry expert and public speaker. He has trained thousands of homebuilders, trade partners, code officials, appraisers and Realtors across the country. He is the recipient of numerous government sustainability awards and inductee to the Built Green Hall of Fame. His passion is sharing his broad experiences with others in hopes of creating better builders, better clients, better homes, and a better way of life.
