Todd Gamboa has been in the industry for over 35 years, managing private and public homebuilding companies. He has been responsible for the construction of thousands of homes and is an expert in building and selling high performance homes. As a building science consultant and nationally known public speaker, he has trained thousands of builders, trade partners, architects, contractors, code officials, appraisers, and Realtors across the country. His high energy new construction sales trainings and construction classes have been hosted by HBA's, Realtor and appraiser associations, governmental agencies, and utility providers across the US. Todd is an inductee into the Built Green Hall of Fame and recipient of several US Government Sustainability Awards. He was a Grand Juror for NREL's "Race To Zero" collegiate competition, and has presented at the NAHB IBS Show, Resnet , EEBA, USGBC conferences and many other industry events.
