He launched www.ImpresaModular.com to become the industry's first internet-based nationwide modular home builder. He publishes the only industry magazine, Offsite Builder Magazine. His media company, iMedia Group also manages the industry-leading ModCoach Blog, which delivers daily insights and current events in the offsite construction industry. Ken is the 2024 Chair of the Building Systems Councils and services on the Board of Trustees for the Custom Home Builders Committee.
