Do you have a business plan for 2020 yet? Did you have one in 2019? Because of the perceived complexity and time commitment to create, we often forgo one of the most critical tools for our business. But it doesn’t have to be that hard. During this advanced session, we will build your business plan for 2020 together, and teach you a method you can repeat year after year. You’ll analyze the business plan process, and learn how each part works and feeds off of each other—empowering you to best utilize and maximize your company’s strengths. But even the best written plans are no good if they aren’t implemented, so we’ll also explore best practices for applying your plan in a timely manner and staying accountable.

  • Know what should and should not be in your business plan.
  • Understand the benefits in developing your plan and keeping it understandable and visible.
  • Learn a 6-step process for developing your business plan by creating a mock version during the session.
  • Apply the process to implement the plan, hold your company accountable to it, maintain flexibility for changes as the year progresses and repeat annually.

Participants must be registered for a full registration package or a 1-day education with expo pass package valid for the day of the session they wish to attend. Seating for Building Knowledge sessions will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
