In 2020, the home buying experience moved online overnight with people researching homes, touring communities, meeting with builder reps, contracting, and designing their houses entirely through virtual experiences. For years, forward-thinking builders have embraced digital strategies and technologies, but now it is a necessity to survive and thrive. This Master Workshop will take a deeper look at every stage of the customer journey—from marketing and sales to design and construction—and provide a toolkit of ideas and best practices for each touchpoint along the way. Learn from digital experts as well as builders small and large who have adapted to this new normal and are successfully offering customers the virtual experience they now expect.
Workshops are $75 each. Purchase with your IBS registration (any type). Tickets may be purchased online by adding them to your IBS registration. Tickets purchased between January 9 and February 11, 2021 must be picked up by the purchaser at IBS Registration beginning Sunday, February 7, 2021. Tickets will not be distributed to anyone other than the purchaser of record. Photo ID will be required. Onsite Registration: If you are not yet registered for the show, please follow the instructions above. If you are already registered for IBS, you can head to the room of the workshop you wish to attend on Monday, February 8 and staff onsite will process your purchase.
