Today’s buyers crave permanence, authenticity and communities that feel like home. But how can a project team create this feeling in a home that was recently built? “Authentic” doesn’t have to mean historic; authenticity comes from good architecture, great detailing and a thoughtful approach to colors and materials. One size does not fit all, and builders and designers can benefit from a deeper understanding of exterior architecture, regional preferences, material palettes and style. This session will reveal how you can create homes and communities that are true to place and authentic to style, which increases curb appeal and sellability with future buyers.
