For any organization to survive long term, it must not only operate efficiently and effectively today, but it must also plan and prepare for the future. Yet, how often have we heard, or even said, that there wasn’t enough time to work on future endeavors because we were “so busy” with today’s tasks? In a world where the pace of change is more rapid than ever and uncertainty abounds as we continue to deal with a pandemic, committing time and resources to the future is a key factor in assuring long-term enterprise success. In this Master Workshop, learn the proven system for impacting your future, and hear how this system worked for a successful mid-sized builder, including reducing the owner’s hours from 60 to 15 per week.

  • Understand the strategic importance of planning and preparing for the future through incremental improvements and transformational change.
  • Identify the mistakes to avoid and the proven strategy worth following to build a future-driven culture within your business.
  • Learn the four phases of successfully managing the future and how to create a company-wide initiative that captures the imagination and commitment of the entire staff.
  • Hear how a mid-sized builder implemented such a plan resulting in growth from $15 million to $60 million, a profit increase of 600 percent.
