With billions of dollars flowing into the built-for-rent (BFR) market right now, the level of competition is heating up. This session will provide you with actionable advice, vital forecasts, potentials and pitfalls and case studies from different parts of the country. Learn different strategies for segmentation, and observe how rents and rents-per-square foot compare and are trending in various markets. Discuss the factors to consider in determining the best type of housing, and explore the best community-style options for the location you are considering.
