Learn different strategies for segmentation, and observe how rents and rents-per-square foot compare and are trending in various markets. Discuss the factors to consider in determining the best type of housing, and explore the best community-style options for the location you are considering.

  • Learn how to plan and position your BFR community and product mix to best hit the demand in the specific submarket, maximizing rental income.
  • Identify the best product configurations and ways to beat the competition when it comes to attracting tenants.
  • Recognize the potentials and the pitfalls, and the methods for computing demand in a submarket and for estimating rents by unit type for a specific submarket.
