Successfully guiding a client through all the ups and downs of construction project comes down to setting, managing and meeting expectations. As the saying goes though, easier said than done. There are three main challenge for builders and remodelers. The first is that these expectations must be set from the beginning of the sales process right through to the end of the job. The second is that there are multiple people involved in the process as the client gets passed from sales to production. And third, the client is exposed to media outside of our control that paints both excessively positive thinking or in many cases, excessively negative thinking. This session will show you how to navigate all these minefields, setting your client, and your project, up for success.
