Pre-Show Master Workshop
Revive & Retool Your Customer Experience Journey
Monday, January 30 | 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
LVCC - West 218
What It’s About
Over the past two years, the customer experience has taken a back seat as we dealt with a frenzied pace of sales paired with continuous supply chain issues, construction delays and labor challenges. With the market returning to a somewhat familiar rhythm, builders and remodelers are left wondering how to revive their strategies and provide the experience buyers now expect. Fortunately, this Master Workshop has the answers! Marketing, sales, design, communication, change orders, warranties, referrals and more—no stone will go unturned as our panel of industry experts outline best practices for building a market-proof customer journey from pre-sale to post-close and beyond.
What You’ll Learn
- Identify various lead gen, lead conversation and proptech tools, including how to attract buyers to (and keep them on) your website, keep buyers informed, gain rock-solid referrals and loyalty, and more.
- Discuss the importance of proactive versus reactive communication and how to train your team to deliver difficult news without risking cancellation.
- Learn how the science of design impacts the consumer experience, how buyers' values have changes and what they now look for, and how you can utilize storytelling through design.
- Discover ways to manage some of the trickiest parts of the journey including selections, change orders, delays, call-backs and warranties.
