This fast-paced Learning Lab will outline all the need-to-know aspects in taking advantage of four distinct home presentation tools—virtual tours, virtual design/visualization, physical staging and self-guided tours. Whether done virtually or in person, helping your customers understand how a space will live, look and function gives them more confidence in the buying process. This session promises to deliver real-world experiences and practical how-to's for doing exactly that.
