This Two-Story Talk will offer proven strategies for creating, shaping and protecting your brand’s voice. In our first story, learn what it takes to establish a compelling brand, one which generates raving fans and brand ambassadors. You’ll also identify ways to proactively keep a pulse on your brand’s affinity and customer satisfaction. In story two, see how your brand can be reflected in your online presence, for good and for bad. You’ll discover tips for shaping and improving your brand online, as well as a toolkit for responding to negativity and bad publicity.
