    What It's About

AI and machine learning are helping builders take quality and consistency to the next level during construction and long after closeout. This session explores how builders are using data-driven tools to strengthen QA/QC processes, improve communication between the field and office, and gain new visibility into performance trends. Learn how AI can analyze project and warranty data to spot recurring issues, track maintenance needs, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. You’ll walk away with guidance for getting started, practical strategies for integrating AI into your existing systems, scaling data-driven workflows, and creating smarter feedback loops that make every build better than the last.

    What You’ll Learn

    • Identify key AI and machine learning technologies applicable to the build and post-build phases of your construction lifecycle.
    • Analyze real-world use cases where AI-driven tools have improved safety and quality outcomes.
    • Develop a phased roadmap for piloting AI solutions within your organization, including those to monitor quality metrics, performance trends, maintenance issues and more.
    • Interact with a live demonstration of AI applications and interpret their outputs for practical on-site and post-build decision-making.
