The demand for attainable multifamily housing is urgent and challenging at the same time. This discussion and Q&A will expand on ideas presented in a previous education session "Designing & Developing Attainable Housing That Works" (2/18, 2:15-3:15pm), and will explore cross-disciplinary design and development practices, efficient unit layouts, and other practices that can reduce costs, speed time to market, and improve the feasibility of attainable multifamily development.
