What It's About:

What is content marketing? Why do you need to generate content? How can content improve business? The stereotypical MLS written description is no longer enough to stand out from the crowd, and customers should not need a decoder ring to navigate the process and jargon that is common in Real Estate. Today's "Killer Content" is so much more: testimonials, events, incentives, brand stories, videos, photography, virtual tours and blogs. Most important, it should focus on the needs of potential customers first and foremost. In this session, identify the most valuable and relevant content, and learn how to use it to aid discovery from multiple marketing channels. Learn how to leverage video, photography and the written word to attract, engage and convert website visitors to qualified leads and measure those results.

What You'll Learn:

  • Learn what content types drive website engagement and conversion and how much you should be generating.
  • Leverage structured content across multiple marketing channels such as social media, organic search, paid search and referral sites.
  • Learn how to set standards and goals for the the kind of content created and what it’s intended to achieve.

How to Attend:

Participants must be registered for a full registration package or a 1-day education with expo pass package valid for the day of the session they wish to attend. Seating for Building Knowledge sessions will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
