What It's About:
Success in the construction industry is not random. Builders who are serious about long-term prosperity cannot rely on gut instinct and intuition alone or simply hope to ride the wave of an improving market. They need the ability to make well-informed financial decisions that create competitive advantage and profitability. During this Master session, you will learn about the Builders Matrix, a set of three financial principles that when understood and connected will allow you to better quantify and leverage your finite resources, increase efficiency and preempt limiting factors. When solved, this blueprint for control and confidence will change how you do business and provide a clear road map to superlative results.
What You'll Learn:
Learn how to use a GPScorecard to develop relevant financial goals and understand how their inter-relationships provide decision-making insight.
Define, quantify and learn to control capacity (work in process) and how it relates to financial goals, delivers distinctive customer service and positions key decision-makers.
Understand how productivity and efficiency differ, and how to use historical sales data to accurately predict seasonal demands on capacity.
Create a Financial Dashboard and explore how to use it to ensure that capacity and financial goals are properly matched for optimal profitability.
