If risks exceed local thresholds and insurance guidelines, Magic Window connects the user to XHome Survey™ for property-specific analysis.

XHome Survey™ App - Virtual Field Inspection and 3D Capture

XHome Survey combines augmented reality (AR) and aerial photogrammetry to create a digital twin of any property. Using a smartphone, the system performs a virtual walk-around inspection and inventory which can be performed by the property owner, contractor or insurance company representative.

What Does It Cost

First, we are public benefit corporation legally committed to a mission of helping owners defend their property against the expanding footprint of extreme weather events. We are apolitical and policy agnostic and focused on the needed solutions of owners with the property insurance crisis and perceived depreciation of the real estate market which has only begun.

We have shareholders and balance their interests with this mission statement along with the need to continue to expand this AI technology to help our clients. Our pricing is progressive from the "Community Risk Reports" generated by Magic Window for under $50 to our construction plan/estimate packages which start at $250 based on the size of the job and details needed for either a DIY homeowner or a professional contractor. A subscription to our ongoing risk and weather updates is included with the first address you order a report.

Our Goals

We aim to remediate the expanding inventory of over 48 million homes at severe or extreme risk today over the next 20 years and make a return on the investment to build this solution. Our studies indicate that up to 80% of America's homes can be remediated. Additionally, our forecasts indicate a depreciation of over $1.4 trillion dollars to high risk properties in sale prices. We practice profit with a purpose.
