Linda has been with Coppola Brothers LLC for over six years. They are a premier construction and project management firm specializing in residential and historic renovations licensed in Florida, New Jersey, and North Carolina where she serves as the Executive Officer. With her strong foundation in sales and marketing, she has many roles as Marketing Manager and Strategic Advisor to owner Frank Coppola, oversees brand strategy, social media, human resources, and special projects.
Their company is a strong supporter of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), at one time, members of four locals. Currently they are members of two locals: 1.) Gold Coast Builders Association (GCBA); 2.) Metropolitan Builders and Contractors Association of New Jersey (MetroBCA). Linda is a member of both and active with their PWB councils.
Linda feels she is an advocate for the building industry in multiple ways. She currently serve as a 2025-2026 Trustee for the NAHB Professional Women in Building (PWB) Council and holds leadership roles within Gold Coast Builders Association as a 2026 Board Member and as Co-Chair of GCBA’s PWB Council. In the past, she has served as Metropolitan Builders and Contractors Association of New Jersey’s (MetroBCA) PWB Council Chair for three years (2022, 2023 and 2024) and Executive Board Member, Vice President/Secretary in 2024.
Her focus this past year has been to re-launch GCBA’s PWB Council which has been dormant for many years, work with the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA) to help the 23 HBA council’s in Florida understand the value/benefits of having a PWB council locally and serving as an NAHB PWB Trustee developing relationships with current PWB’s in the state of Florida and supporting PWB nationally. As a NAHB PWB Trustee, Linda has been serving on the Awards and Recognition Committee.
Linda graduated from Northeastern University (cum laude) in Boston, MA obtaining a degree in Business Administration focusing on Marketing/Management. Her early career was shaped by sales and marketing roles at Exxon Chemical, Pitney Bowes, and AT&T. After a 13-year tenure as an elder care advocate and caregiver to her parents while raising her son’s, she remained deeply active in community leadership roles through the Boy Scouts of America and local educational organizations, she returned to the workforce pivoting from her comfort zone and entering the building sector.
Outside of work, Linda is a member of the oldest community bands in New Jersey (136 years old) called the Blawenburg Band playing clarinet. She serves on the Executive Board as Webmaster and a member of the Grants & Fundraising Committee raising funds for the band through local grant programs and fundraising campaigns throughout the year. Linda is married and has three grown sons.
