Danielle (“Dani”) Adams became the Executive Officer of FCBIA March 2021, hailing from a family that has been in the building industry for over 50 years. She attended Frederick High School in the 1980’s and realized after a year in college that she would have more to contribute by rolling up her sleeves and entering the workforce full-time. Dani’s career spans the financial, legal, educational, and nonprofit sectors. The steppingstones of her career were the master classes that she needed to lead FCBIA. Of the boards and advisory groups that she leads, Dani currently serves on the following.
