Her expertise stems from her previous roles as an Online Sales Director and Marketing & Customer Experience Director for a high-volume On Your Lot builder in the Pacific Northwest. There, she launched and expanded an Online Sales program, led corporate marketing strategy, and collaborated with franchise offices to refine local marketing efforts. Heidi also oversaw sales activity, developed training programs, and designed a comprehensive Customer Experience program to keep customers engaged throughout the homebuilding process and beyond. Today, she works with teams across the U.S. and Canada to integrate technology and best practices into their businesses.
