Following a career in Finance for a Fortune 100 company, in 1999, John joined a Silicon Valley tech startup as the VP of Finance - raising $9 million in venture capital. After the 2001 dot com crash, building on his experience and passion for real estate, John co-founded Rendering House to service the New Home industry with cutting-edge visualizations. In 2020, Rendering House evolved into a software company, Anewgo, which creates interactive design Apps for builder websites and sales centers. In 2022, Anewgo created a New Home Marketplace (anewgo.com) for Buyers to find, design, experience and buy new homes online across thousands of builders and communities and to provide valuable analytics and lead generation for Builders, Agents and Developers. Anewgo creates thousands of renderings, interactive home design apps, and virtual and augmented reality tours each year for hundreds of builders. John has an MBA and is also a Real Estate Developer of a $20M 54K sf mixed-used development in Holly Springs, NC - which is also home to Anewgo's headquarters. He also previously held a NC Real Estate license.
