Todd Gamboa is the President of Homebuilding Operations for OLO Builders. He has been in the homebuilding industry for over 35 years managing private and public companies. He has been responsible for the construction of over 14,000 homes and numerous communities. Todd is a nationally recognized building science and homebuilding expert, and public speaker. He has trained thousands of homebuilders, trade partners, code officials, appraisers, and Realtors® across the country. He is the recipient of several US government sustainability awards, inductee to the BuiltGreen Hall of Fame.
