Nicholas Donlin is the founder and owner of Zenith Design + Build, a Des Moines-based remodeling firm known for its award-winning craftsmanship and customer-first approach. With a degree in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University, Nicholas has managed over $10 million in commercial and residential projects.
