Taylor Shultz is a partner of Porter Kyle, a Phoenix-based vertically integrated builder and developer that builds for its own portfolio as well as serves as a third-party general contractor on BTR and multifamily projects for developers. He brings over 20 years of experience in acquisition, development, financing, management and disposition of apartments. Taylor is responsible for overseeing Porter Kyle’s investment strategy and managing financial relationships, both debt and equity. He oversees Porter Kyle’s site selection process, land acquisitions, community lease-ups, ongoing asset management, and future investments. Currently, Taylor has three BTR townhome developments totaling roughly $150 million in the entitlement pipeline in Phoenix’s East and Southeast Valleys.
