Fordje

Richie Rasor, Operations Officer and co-founder of Fordje, is based in Portland, Oregon, after spending much of his professional career in the San Francisco Bay Area. Over his 15-year career, Richie has leveraged his Mechanical Engineering background to tackle complex challenges across construction, development, and infrastructure. Early in his career, he worked directly with municipalities on permitting and inspection processes, gaining firsthand insight into the operational friction that slows projects down. At later stages, he led national operations teams, driving improvements in quality, efficiency, and scalability. His work has consistently focused on optimizing project execution, building resilient teams, and delivering operational excellence in the built environment.
