Paige dk Foss is the Architecture Design Manager at Drees Homes, a nationally recognized homebuilder headquartered in Fort Mitchell, Kentucky. An alumna of Miami University, Paige brings nearly twenty one years of experience in the residential construction industry, having grown her career at Drees from Architecture Intern to to leading the company’s Product Development Team. In her current role, Paige oversees residential design across eleven metropolitan markets, guiding homes from early concept through construction documentation. She leads a talented team of designers and architectural professionals, shaping plans that respond to evolving homeowner lifestyles while balancing innovation, constructability, and market demands. Her work and insights have been featured in respected publications including U.S. News, House Beautiful, and Architectural Digest, where she has contributed to discussions on changing residential design trends and the shift toward more flexible, livable spaces. Based in the Cincinnati area, Paige is passionate about creating homes that enhance everyday life by blending beauty, comfort, and purpose. Outside of work, she balances family life with a love for home renovation, tackling projects alongside her husband in their 1929 Craftsman home in Northern Kentucky.
