He brings extensive experience in business intelligence, data analytics, and automation across manufacturing, insurance, and financial services. His career highlights include four years at Milwaukee Tool, where he served as Business Intelligence Engineer II and RPA/Power Apps Business Analyst, implementing automated solutions and driving data-driven decision-making. Previously, he developed predictive algorithms to optimize marketing and sales operations at TrustedChoice.com and created automated compliance tools at Baird. In addition to his corporate experience, Adam is Founder of Oliver Systems LLC, where he has spent nearly five years developing Unreal Engine plugins, demonstrating his technical versatility and entrepreneurial acumen. He is dedicated to leveraging advanced analytics and automation to solve complex business challenges and drive operational excellence. Adam holds a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
