Jeanna Roach is the CEO of Betenbough Companies, a Kingdom-minded organization made up of six thriving businesses, the Kingdom at Work initiative, and a business support team—all united in their purpose to reveal God and His Kingdom through their work in the marketplace. Since joining Betenbough Homes in 2006, Jeanna has shaped key areas of the business—from strategic sales and marketing to leading several subsidiaries as the company expanded into a multi-business enterprise. In 2023, she was appointed CEO by the company’s late founder, Rick Betenbough. Today, she leads the Board of Directors and more than 400 team members, championing Kingdom influence through business. She also devotes much of her time to equipping other leaders to integrate faith at work with eternal perspective. That same heart for leadership and discipleship continues to overflow at home, where she and her husband, Andrew, enjoy raising three purpose-driven children.
