Carrie Firmine brings more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience to her role as Vice President of Business Development - Model Homes at TRIO. The combination of her extensive industry background, relationship-driven approach, and enthusiasm for design have made Carrie an important driver of TRIO’s growth since joining the firm more than 10 years ago. Carrie discovered her passion for the architecture and design industry while representing a decorative architectural art and glass company, where she blended creative storytelling with strategic sales. During that time, she met TRIO Founder Angela Harris while collaborating on a project. Angela quickly recognized Carrie’s ability to build meaningful connections and clearly articulate TRIO’s market-driven design philosophy, leading her to bring Carrie onto the team. Over the past decade at TRIO, Carrie has played a key role in expanding the firm’s model home portfolio, strengthening relationships with builders and developers, and advancing business development initiatives through insights into consumer trends and market positioning. Carrie is highly involved in the industry and is an active member of the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver, Urban Land Institute, and New Home Trends Institute, where she participates on the Consumer Trends Committee.
