Paul Hanson began his career in homebuilding with a national builder in 2003, starting with a role in Construction Management. After leadership positions within Purchasing, Construction and Administration within that company, he joined a custom builder in Florida, overseeing around two dozen markets within that state. In 2018, he joined Epcon Communities and has overseen substantial growth in its nationwide network of builders and spearheaded Product Development efforts that have established them as a top builder in the 55+ space.
