Allergy Standards, Ltd (ALS)

Leah joined the Allergy Standards, Ltd (ALS) team in October 2023 and now plays a pivotal role in ensuring that ALS clients not only achieve their IAQ goals but exceed them.

Leah is a highly motivated, detail oriented and results-driven individual with a track record of client success in the e-commerce industry over the last 7 years. A highly-effective communicator and enthusiastic collaborator with extensive client facing experience, Leah prides herself on her ability to develop and strengthen lasting client relationships and identify new opportunities. She is focused on leveraging her expertise in customer success, strategic account management, revenue growth and business development. Leah graduated from the University of Galway with a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialized focus in Marketing. Following those wonderful years in Galway Leah lived in both San Diego, California and Brooklyn, New York.

In Leah’s previous role she spent 7 years working on the Amazon platform, responsible for managing key accounts across a variety of sectors including but not limited to kitchen, home and toy. It was a multi-faceted role consisting of both inventory and revenue management, buying and complete client (vendor) relationship management. Leah’s role involved developing and executing strategic client success plans, identifying revenue growth opportunities and further business development. Leah developed Amazon marketing strategies including store and content creation for clients, resulting in increased online visibility and sales.

When not at work, Leah is very focused on living as healthy and as happy a life as possible and focuses on ‘filling up her cup’. An avid strength and conditioning advocate, Leah has fallen in love with fitness over the last 5 years and it has massively changed her life for the better.
