Jennifer Landers is an accomplished real estate and residential development leader, currently serving as Community Director for Cresswind Georgia at Twin Lakes, Kolter Homes’ premier active adult community and the number one selling 55+ community in Georgia. In this role, she oversees all aspects of the master plan’s development, sales, and homebuilding to shape a vibrant, best-in-class environment for active adult living.

With over 25 years of experience, Landers is widely recognized for her expertise in master-planned communities and her ability to lead high-performing teams.  Under her direction, Cresswind Georgia was named the 2023 55+ Housing Community of the Year and has consistently ranked as the top-selling active adult community in metro Atlanta. Prior to Kolter, she served as Vice President and General Manager for Serenbe Development and spent 17 years with Newland, where she rose through the ranks from Marketing Manager to Vice President of Operations. 

A prominent industry advocate, Landers served as the 2022 Chairman of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) 55+ Board of Trustees. She is involved in Professional Women in Building (PWB) at both the local and national levels, currently serving on the NAHB PWB Board of Trustees and the Greater Atlanta PWB and the Greater Atlanta HBA Board.  Landers is widely respected for her collaborative leadership style, commitment to professional development, and dedication to building inclusive pathways for future industry leaders.
