Allie Guzman is an experienced, bilingual Business Development Manager with a strong track record in the building materials and architectural products industry. She currently represents CRL (C.R. Laurence), covering the Western United States, where she partners closely with home builders, developers, designers, general contractors, glaziers, and glass enthusiasts to deliver high-performance architectural glass and metal solutions.

With nearly 20 years of experience across stone, hardscapes, ceramic, concrete, and glass, Allie has built her career on relationship-driven sales, strategic territory growth, and deep product knowledge. Her background includes sales leadership roles with respected brands, with experience spanning local, statewide, and international markets.

Beyond sales, Allie is a passionate advocate for women in the building industry. She has been actively involved with the California Building Industry Association – Professional Women in Building (CBIA PWB) for over six years, serving as Vice Chair, Chair, and currently Immediate Past Chair, helping amplify women’s voices and foster meaningful industry change.
