    What It's About

What happens when 10,000 American consumers tell you what matters most to them in home and community design, you assemble a team of design thinkers committed to bringing those insights to life and add a set of guiding principles around livability, sustainability and constructability that incorporate new technologies, systems and modern methods of construction to help achieve them? The result: The Picket Fence concept home – a 2,007 sq. ft. townhome with 660 sq. ft. full studio ADU built in an off-site factory setting and assembled on an infill lot in Pittsburgh, PA. Get access to real-life lessons from the journey and decisions made from the data source, architect, and developer of this smarter and more attainable home.
