Watch the NAHB Student Competition presentation from North Dakota State College of Science. The competition exposes students to a small scale residential construction project from concept to closing. Teams must recreate a set of drawings and details, a detailed cost estimate, a complete construction schedule and a construction management plan for the single-story floor plan provided.
